Lemon thyme presents a distinct citrus aroma without adding acidity.

It is used much the same as we would classic thyme. Excellent for Mediterranean food, seafood, poultry (chicken grilled with lemon thyme and garlic, for example), and vegetables. It is also good in stews and for flavouring sauces. It is sometimes used in herb infusions, as is or combined with other herbs.
