This most aromatic blend can be used for any seafood or fish recipe. Simply add Provençal Herbs for Fish mixed in olive oil and a few tablespoons of citrus juice to fish. Cook in the oven, stove top or grill. An aromatic addition to shrimp, pan-fried scallops and seafood soups.
