The Turks are great lovers of koftes, these delicious meatballs they decline with passion. They also use this spice mix for skewers, pilafs and even legumes. Consisting of, among others, the cumin-coriander-fenugreek trio, this versatile blend works wonders with most meats.
Ingredients: Pepper, black pepper, cassia, coriander, fenugreek, four-spice, clove.
