Original blend created especially for salmon, based on wild spices from Gaspésie.
This blend is composed of white pepper, coriander, mustard and various plants native to Quebec, harvested from the forests of Gaspésie. These wild spices are a good complement for grilled salmon, pan-fried or for trout. Just rub the fish with the spices just before cooking. In this mix of Labrador tea, fresh and slightly sweet notes are found. These leaves, once crushed, have a "sparkling" appearance and give the rub an unusual appearance.
Ingredients: mustard, coriander, white pepper, dune pepper, comptonie, seaweed seaweed, labrador tea.
