We combined the Bali flower of salt with one of our favorite smoked peppers, the pasilla of Oaxaca, with a touch of garlic. Use when serving, on meat dishes, poultry or a simple ratatouille. This slightly spicy flower of salt is also perfect for a soup or pasta.
