In China, a mixture of salt and Sichuan pepper is commonly used to pick up stir-fries or even to rub a piece of meat or poultry before cooking. We wanted to create a similar salt using the Bali flower of salt and our roasted Imperial Sichuan pepper. To use, on taste, on poultry or grilled fish, seafood dishes or vegetables.
